Happy Songkran Day!

well, for songkran this year, i stayed on campus. accomplished a little on the educational side, but other than that, my brain just wouldn't function. hehe. anyways, last wednesday, we had this songkran party and water war in front of the lampadans' and manuels' house. it was great fun! especially the water war! that was the only time you could throw water at the teachers and they won't get angry. hehe. and yesterday, we went out to muak lek to play water together with some other mc students. it was fun, but the traffic on the way to chet sao noi waterfall was bad. along the way, sempat lagi nampak pondan-pondan sekalian memakai bra tapi teda you-know-what, and there was this old lady who was dancing to the music, my gosh!i've never seen an old lady dance the way she did yesterday!well...i thought i would get sick today, because it was really cold at the back of the pickup truck yesterday - cold water, dirty water, coloured water, powder, etc. etc. - semua pun kena..

last year's songkran was great fun too!went all the way to Roi Et with our friend, kip, and her father almost brought us to laos, but we ended up in ubon ratchathani, went to the cliff painting site - interesting but tiring, and swam in mekong river. the first picture below is sort of the summary of our songkran last year. and the picture below it is a collection of pictures for this year's songkran - not many pictures were taken because some ppl were just too excited and tidak berhati perut menuang air..first timers...too excited...hehe. next year, we're planning not to stay on campus, but let's just wait and see what happens when the time comes.:)
